FAQ for Products? 


WHO CAN USE THE OIL?

The manifest oil is helpful for both children and adults to keep and maintain their healthy hair.

 

HOW OFTEN DO YOU USE IT? 

Using the oil directly on the scalp is recommended at least 3x a week. The results may vary from person to person. However, consistency is key with whatever hair goal you may have been trying to achieve. Although, you should see results within the first 2-3 weeks. 

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS? 

Although we don't want to reveal our secret  recipe, we do know our customers might have very specific allergies. Therefore, some of the significant ingredients in current product oil are infused with COCONUT OIL, CASTER OIL, & PEPPERMINT OIL. If you are allergic to one or all of these oils, we recommend NOT applying to your scalp! 

Also, please wait for our next line of products! We have some excellent products on the way, and we will eventually have something that works for everybody.

HOW BIG IS OUR BOTTLE?

Our glass bottles are 2 ounces. 

 

DO YOU TEST YOUR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS? 

No, we do not test our products on animals. 

WILL IT HELP ME GROW BACK MY ALOPECIA, BALD SPOT, & EDGES BACK? 

YES! Apply the oil to the scalp 3x a week! A little goes a long way!

Can I use the oil no my Braids or Locs?

Yes, at PTSD, we encourage all hair types and textures to use our products. It is encouraged to oil the scalp 3x a week. 

 

CAN I USE THE OIL ON MY WEAVE/WIGS? 

Yes, it is encouraged to use the oil 2x a week to keep your weave nice and healthy. Also, to prevent split-ins.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

No, not at the moment. We ship to all 50 United States and its territories but check back soon. 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

Please allow 3-5 business days 

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?/ WHERE IS MY ORDER?

When you place your order, you receive an order confirmation number with access to your account details. Once the order is processed and fulfilled, you will receive a notification with the tracking number.

 

WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE TO SHIP OUT PRODUCTS?

USPS. 

  

HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

You can expect a reply within 24 – 48 business hours, except during busy sale periods, which may take slightly longer.

Be sure to INCLUDE AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE when emailing us about product concerns. The order number, email address, pictures, etc. This will allow us to answer your questions as quickly as possible.

 

WHEN DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS?

We can't always give a heads up about all product restocks as it's always subject to change. However, we do have an email list you can subscribe to, so we can notify you when specific products return. Alternately, keep a close eye on social media which can be found at the bottom our page. 

  

WHY DOESN'T PTSD HAVE A PHONE NUMBER?

Unfortunately, PTSD was built online through a small business owner and does not have the staff to accommodate high call volumes. Nevertheless, we provide fast prompt responses through email. Though you may receive an automated response every once in a while, all managed by human staff eager to help you out quickly and efficiently.

  

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER DELIVERED?

Don't Panic! Throughout our experience of shipping orders, we've found that sometimes the post office marks the order as delivered prematurely. Please allow at least 1 business day for them to actually deliver it.

 

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER.

We cannot make any changes to your order once you've hit the 'place order' button. This includes and is not limited to the Delivery/billing address, adding additional items to your order, but shipping methods. 

IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THE ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACEMENT OF THE ORDER.
